Refund Policy

At TangiTrade, we strive to provide our members with quality services and a seamless experience. Our services are based on a prepayment system (the cash balance account) where members prepay into their accounts, from which fees or commissions are drawn. Due to the nature of our business model, we generally do not offer refunds.

Please read the following details carefully.

1. Cash Balance Accounts

Members of TangiTrade are required to prepay into their account, and fees for transactions and other applicable charges are deducted from this prepaid balance. By prepaying into your account, you acknowledge and agree that the funds are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we understand that certain exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of TangiTrade under the following conditions:

  • Errors in billing or transactions due to a technical issue or administrative error on our part.
  • Duplicate payments or overpayments that result from system errors.
  • Any other situation that TangiTrade deems to warrant an exception.

Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted by email to trade@tangitrade.com within 30 days of the transaction or billing issue. TangiTrade will review each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Services, including but not limited to membership fees, transaction fees, administrative fees, and other service-related charges, are non-refundable once the services have been rendered or the fees have been deducted from your prepaid account.

4. Changes to Refund Policy

TangiTrade reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
